The heatproof glass is the glass that is strong for the heat.
‘α-32’ is the supreme heatproof glass of the top class for the hardness.
All of Hario’s heatproof glasses are ‘α-32,’ however, that mark is the new one that is put only overseas homemade products which we exported our technique to.

How to use |

Pour some boiling water to around the half of the glass bowl. |

Set the strainer after you put some tea leaves in it, put on the lid, and steam for about 3 minutes.
Tea: a full teaspoon of tea leaves per person.

Remove the lid, and pour the boiling water into the strainer again. |

4 |
Finish when the boiling water goes down and the tea leaves sink to the bottom of the strainer. |

Maintenance Instructions |

Use soft sponge and dishwashing liquid to wash the product. The product may be damaged in case you use a soft sponge but may have a possibility to leave a scratch in the glass. In this case, do not use such sponge. |

The product may be damaged upon the use of cleanser or polisher containing grindstone. In this case, do not use such cleanser. |
